Valparaiso is such a nice place to be and I also imagine myself to live here! But what I haven’t seen, until last (long) weekend was Santiago! A huge city with many sky scrapers and high mountains in the background!Since I prepare myself for Temuco (and then Arica->La Paz->…) this one will be a photo-post of Santiago and the excellent food I ate there!

me adapto :)
After a week of being here and yesterday’s earthquake, i find it a good time to finally write a post and let you know how are my first days here in Valparaiso Chile 🙂
First of all, it’s a cultural shock for me to experience the difference between Europe and Chile! In the first days we had a car, the one that Pancho and Rayen rented t pick me up from the airport. We used to go a bit more north of Valparaiso and we visited Horcon through Quintero and Concon. Horcon is a small village that got bigger when ‘hippies’ started to go there to enjoy the beautiful water and the freedom that a small village could provide them. A nice hand-craft market lays at the edge of the village and small shops are over the beach.
